The problem: the clinic loses calls and patients
A dental clinic makes money on appointments, and appointments start with a call. The catch is that a human front desk physically can't answer all the time: lunch, busy with a patient at the counter, end of the workday, weekends. Every unanswered call is a patient dialing the next clinic in the results.
The product's job is to make sure no call to the clinic goes unanswered, including after hours.
What we built in Dentovox
We developed Dentovox — an AI front desk that takes over the front-desk phone. What it does:
- Answers calls. Handles inbound calls around the clock and speaks naturally, no "press 1."
- Books the patient. Offers times based on the clinic's hours and creates the booking in the dashboard.
- Flags urgent cases. Bleeding, swelling or severe pain get a separate path: instead of a regular booking, staff get an urgent callback request.
- Keeps the clinic informed. The clinic gets an SMS about every booking and urgent call.
- Shows every call. The dashboard has a transcript and outcome for each conversation.

PMS integration: what works today
An AI front desk is most useful when it can see the clinic's schedule. Today bookings land in the Dentovox dashboard and the clinic gets an SMS about each one. A PMS bridge through an aggregator is built but not yet switched on at clinics: connecting it requires installing a sync program on the clinic's side.
Once the schedule is the single source of truth, the AI and the human team stay in sync.
What this means for the clinic owner
For the owner, Dentovox isn't "technology for its own sake" — it's a direct effect on revenue and workload:
- After-hours calls aren't lost — the AI answers at night and on weekends.
- An unburdened front desk — the AI takes the routine calls, human staff focus on patients at the counter.
- Urgent cases don't sit in the general queue — they are flagged at once and go to staff for a callback, with an SMS alert.
- Transparency — a transcript and outcome for every call in the dashboard.
In effect it's another receptionist on the phone who works around the clock.
How to order a similar AI front desk
Dentovox is our own product, and we build similar AI front desks for a specific business: dental, medical, salon, service. The logic is the same — answering calls by voice, booking, and handing urgent cases to staff.
How we bring products like this to market — and why we understand them from the inside — is in our marketing for AI products service. And because more buyers now ask AI which vendor to choose, we also make sure products like Dentovox are visible in AI answers — see how to appear in ChatGPT answers. To see how an AI front desk fits your clinic, start with a free audit: we'll review your call flow and estimate how many appointments you're losing right now.
