What a Russian-speaking marketing agency does in New York
A Russian-speaking marketing agency plans and runs your ads, website and content in Russian and English, and handles the replies that come back. It is useful when your customers are in Brooklyn and across the New York area, speak Russian at home, and still compete for attention with every English-language business in the city.
The work covers four things: paid ads on Meta and Google, short-form video, a website that converts in both languages, and a way to count every lead back to its source. The goal is enquiries and sales, not impressions.
Most local businesses in New York need two tracks running side by side, not one ad translated twice.
| Track | Language | Channels | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Russian-speaking | Russian | Facebook, Instagram, short video, Google | Faster trust and usually a lower cost per lead, because the message speaks to the customer directly |
| General New York market | English | Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta | Growth beyond the community, once the Russian-speaking audience for your service starts to run out |
We usually start with the Russian-language track because it brings leads sooner, and prepare the English track in parallel so you do not hit a ceiling. Not sure which to start with? Ask for a free review: we look at your ads, site and enquiry handling and propose one first channel with a test budget.
Facebook and Instagram ads for a Russian-speaking audience in the USA
Meta lets us choose the location, language, age and interests of the people who see your ad. We do not target by nationality: the Russian-language ad itself does the filtering. For a local service we show it to people within a set distance of your address in Brooklyn, Queens or elsewhere in the New York area; for an online service, to the whole metro area or the country.
- Audience and area. Location, language and interests, tested in small groups.
- Creative. Russian-language copy and visuals written for the service, not translated from English.
- Where the lead lands. A lead form, a message in Messenger or WhatsApp, or a call, depending on how your customers prefer to contact you.
- Retargeting. People who watched or visited see a second, more specific offer.
For proof of the method, here is a US example, not a New York one: Meta lead forms for US dental companies (B2B, the leads are both dentists and patients) produced 1,442 leads on $14,894 of spend, an average of $10.33 per lead, over 11 months. Your cost per lead depends on your niche and offer. More on the channel: Facebook and Instagram ads.
Google Ads and local search in English
When someone types a service and «near me» into Google, they have already decided to buy. Google Ads catches that demand, and a Google Business Profile with real reviews decides whether they call you or the next listing. Part of your Russian-speaking customers search in English too, so this track works for them as well.
We build the campaign around the searches that lead to a call or a booking, send the traffic to a page made for that service, and record calls and form submissions as conversions. See Google Ads for how we structure it.
A US e-commerce example, client not named: Google Ads Performance Max returned $19.8 million of conversion value on $1.31 million of spend over about six months (platform attribution). That is an online store, not a local service, so treat it as a sign of what the channel can do when the economics work.
Reels and short-form video for a local business
Short video shows people who you are before they need you. For a clinic, a salon, a school or a repair service, a steady flow of Reels builds recognition without paying for every view.
In the US, one Reel of a US dental company reached 14.9 million views. Results like that are the top of the range, not a promise, but they show what the format can do. Our own Reels network collected 400 thousand views in 14 days.
Reels on autopilot has plans from Start at $199 for 2 weeks and Growth at $499 per month (up to 480 posts a month: 60 videos × 8 networks) to Pro + Team at $999 per month, with a dedicated producer and a monthly 30-minute call; a trial week costs $49. We show a concept for your niche within 24 hours.
A website in Russian and English
An ad that opens a slow or confusing page wastes the click. For a bilingual audience the site should have two real versions: the Russian pages written for Russian-speaking customers, the English pages for everyone else, each with its own offer, reviews and contact options.
That also helps search: each language is a separate set of pages that can appear for its own queries, and both versions can link to your Google Business Profile and reviews. Website work is priced per scope after a short brief; see website development.
Common mistakes when marketing to Russian-speaking customers in the USA
- One ad, translated. A literal translation sounds foreign. The Russian version needs its own wording and its own proof.
- A Russian ad that opens an English-only page. The visitor leaves. The language of the ad and the page must match.
- No tracking of calls and messages. Most local leads arrive by phone or chat, and without tracking you cannot tell which ad paid.
- Slow replies. A lead who waits a day often calls the next listing. Agree who answers and how fast before the ads start.
- Judging by clicks. Cheap clicks that never call are not a result. Judge the campaign by qualified leads.
These five are checked in our free review, together with your current ads and site, so you know what to fix before you spend more.
How much do ads and marketing cost in New York
Our fee and the ad budget are two separate numbers. The budget goes straight to Meta and Google, and the fee depends on the number of channels and markets, not on the size of your ad budget.
| Scope | Agency fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| One channel: ads (Meta, Google Ads) | from $400 per month | A one-channel test usually needs $300–500 per month of ad budget |
| SEO and GEO | from $600 per month | Website promotion in search and in AI answers |
| Complex of several channels | the sum of the chosen ones | Ads, content and website planned as one system |
| Several markets | estimate after a review | For example New York plus another state or city |
| Reels on autopilot | Start $199 for 2 weeks, Growth $499 per month, Pro + Team $999 per month | Trial week $49; Growth includes up to 480 posts a month (60 videos × 8 networks) |
| Website, video production | Priced per scope | After a short brief |
First leads from paid ads usually arrive 3–7 days after launch; SEO takes 3–6 months. We do not guarantee leads or positions, because they depend on the niche, the offer, the budget and how fast your team answers.
How we count leads
Every channel gets its own tracking, so a call, a form or a message can be traced to the ad that produced it. Your report shows leads, not clicks.
- Spend and leads per channel and per language, Russian against English.
- Cost per lead and cost per qualified lead.
- What we change next month, and why.
The qualified part needs your input: tell us which enquiries were real, and the numbers become honest. That is how we decide what to scale and what to stop.
Brooklyn office and other US cities
Our US office is in Brooklyn, at 1049 Brighton Beach Ave, and we meet clients there by arrangement. The same approach works in other Russian-speaking communities: see our pages for marketing in Miami and marketing in San Francisco, and our cases for results by channel.
Start with a free review: tell us your service, your area and your current ad spend, and we will propose the first channel and a test budget.
