Replacing a marketing agency in Israel: what to check first
If you are unhappy with your current agency, the fix is rarely «find a cheaper one». It is usually one of four gaps, and you can test any agency against them before you sign, including us.
- Who owns the ad accounts. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, the domain and the tracking pixel should belong to your company, with the agency added as a partner or admin. If the accounts sit in the agency's name, your campaign history leaves with them.
- Lead-level reporting. Clicks, impressions and «reach» show what was spent, not what was sold. Ask for a list of leads with source, campaign, date and status (new, qualified, closed). If an agency cannot show that, it is not measuring the thing you pay for.
- Languages. Israel is a Hebrew, Russian and English market. Ask who writes the Hebrew ads, who edits the Russian ones, and ask to see samples. A translated ad is not a campaign.
- Exit terms. Look for a notice period you can live with, no lock-in on accounts, creatives or data, and a written handover. A good agency can explain how you would leave before you join.
Two more questions save time: who will actually work on your account, and whether the monthly fee and the ad budget are written as two separate lines. The longer comparison is in how to choose a digital marketing agency in Israel.

How to switch agencies without losing leads
Most losses during a switch come from tracking and access, not from the ads themselves. A safe order:
- Get admin access to every account and export the lead history before you give notice.
- Check conversion tracking: forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks should be recorded as events you can see.
- Agree a handover date and keep the old campaigns running until the new ones are live.
- Launch the new campaigns in the same accounts, so the platforms keep the learning history.
- Compare the first weeks by cost per qualified lead, not by clicks.
With paid ads, first leads usually arrive 3–7 days after launch. SEO is slower, normally 3–6 months, so we do not tear down a working SEO programme overnight. We change what is broken and keep what works.
What makes marketing in Israel different
Israel is small, dense and competitive in most service categories. That changes how a budget behaves.
- Three languages, not one. Hebrew speakers, the Russian-speaking community and English speakers use different groups, search phrases and trust signals.
- A limited audience. A weak ad burns through the people worth reaching quickly, so targeting and creative matter more than volume.
- Customers who compare. People look at Google reviews, how fast you answer on WhatsApp and the website before they call.
- Speed of reply. A lead that waits a day for an answer is often gone. This is why we look at how your enquiries are handled, not only at the ads.
Hebrew, Russian and English: one market, three campaigns
We run ad campaigns and write ad copy in Hebrew, Russian and English. Each language gets its own audience, its own message and its own reporting line, so you can see which one pays back.
| Audience | Where it usually works | What changes in the campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Hebrew-speaking | Google search, Facebook and Instagram | Local phrasing, local trust signals, an offer framed for the mass market |
| Russian-speaking | Facebook, Instagram, Google search | Community language, familiar references, contact options people already use |
| English-speaking | Google search, Meta, LinkedIn for B2B | Expats, international buyers and B2B decision makers |
Which language goes first depends on who buys. We test the strongest one, then add the others once the cost per lead is clear. An ad only works if the page it opens speaks the same language, so landing pages are planned together with the campaign.
Services: which channel does what
A channel is chosen by the type of demand, the sales cycle and the budget, not by habit. Here is how the main ones map to a goal.
| Goal | Channel | First results | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Catch people who are searching right now | Google Ads | Days after launch | Google Ads in Israel: fee, budget, first test |
| Reach and retarget an audience | Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Days after launch | Facebook and Instagram ads in Israel |
| Organic traffic and local search | SEO | 3–6 months | Website promotion in Israel (SEO) |
| Turn visits into enquiries | Website, landing page | Per project scope | Websites and landing pages in Israel |
| Regular content and community | SMM | Weeks | SMM in Israel |
| Daily short-form video | Reels on autopilot | Weeks | Reels on autopilot |
| First reply and qualification of enquiries | AI assistants | After setup | AI assistants for business |
Reels on autopilot has plans from Start at $199 for 2 weeks and Growth at $499 per month (up to 480 posts a month: 60 videos × 8 networks) to Pro + Team at $999 per month; a trial week costs $49. AI assistants are for the other half of the funnel: paid traffic is wasted if nobody answers it quickly.
What a marketing agency in Israel costs
We price the work and the ad budget separately. The budget goes straight to Google and Meta and is never mixed into our fee.
| Scope | Agency fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| One channel: ads (Meta, Google Ads) | from $400 per month | A one-channel test usually needs $300–500 per month of ad budget |
| SEO and GEO | from $600 per month | Website promotion in search and in AI answers |
| Complex of several channels | the sum of the chosen ones | Ads, SEO, content and website work planned as one system |
| Several markets | estimate after a review | Separate campaigns per market and language |
| Reels on autopilot | Start $199 for 2 weeks, Growth $499 per month, Pro + Team $999 per month | Trial week $49. Growth: up to 480 posts a month (60 videos × 8 networks). Pro + Team adds a dedicated producer and a 3D brand character or the owner's avatar |
| Website, video production | Priced per scope | After a short brief |
The fee depends on the number of channels and markets, not on the size of your ad budget. A free review ends with a concrete first test and a number, so you can compare it with what you pay today.
What the first month looks like
- Free review. We look at your current ads, website, tracking and enquiry handling, and name the biggest leak.
- First test. One channel, one or two languages, a defined budget and a defined way of counting leads.
- Launch. Ads go live within days, and tracking is checked before spend starts, so every lead can be traced to its source.
- Review. After the test we show the cost per lead and per qualified lead by language, then decide together what to scale, fix or stop.
Scaling comes after the numbers, never before. If a test does not work, you see it on a small budget, not on a large one. If you are comparing us with your current agency, ask both to run the same first test and compare the reports.
What to expect and how results are reported
Paid ads usually bring the first leads 3–7 days after launch, and SEO needs 3–6 months. We do not promise rankings or a fixed number of leads: results depend on the niche, the offer, the budget and how fast your team answers.
Our published numbers come from US projects, so we label them that way. Meta lead forms for US dental companies (B2B, the leads are both dentists and patients) produced 1,442 leads on $14,894 of spend, an average of $10.33 per lead, over 11 months. AI calling for a US dental company, outbound to dental practices in the USA, made 9,604 calls and reached at least 1,208 warm contacts at $0.82 each over 10 weeks. Different market, different niche: this is proof of method, not a forecast for your business.
Your report is built around leads: spend per channel, leads per language, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead and what we change next month.
